Over the last few months, the team at 3Sixty has been incredibly busy working towards our brand refresh and the relaunch of our new marketplace. Not only have we given the now multi-currency and multilingual marketplace a complete refresh in terms of design, but we’ve added some exciting new features and functionalities to elevate the booking experience too.

This comes at a particularly appropriate time, as over 54% of travel and procurement leaders recently stated that the acceleration of business travel’s return has occurred more quickly than expected, inevitably leading to a higher number of business trips being booked.

Our HomeMatch™ technology combines machine learning with human expertise to provide an instant selection of vetted housing options that genuinely meet the unique needs of individual employees, for a personalized experience every time.

Strict vetting processes

At 3Sixty, we’re committed to enhancing duty of care, which is why we’ve introduced two new features to ensure a safe, quality stay for guests. Now, each property displays a real-time location safety score covering key safety categories, including Covid information, women’s safety and theft. During their stay, guests have access to real-time safety data on their smartwatch or device, enabling them to make informed decisions about their safety in different areas.

In addition, our supply chain is checked weekly for red flags on security, financial health, and business practices, to ensure each property is up to the same high standard and our supply chain is continuously sturdy and reliable. If a red flag is detected, the 3Sixty team is notified and we can take action immediately.

For guests, all travel information, including flight details and other documents, can be stored within the platform, along with helpful template checklists so users feel supported and prepared at each stage of their experience.
