3Sixty is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for improving accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
The 3Sixty client-facing web platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard; we are actively remediating the known gaps.
Scope
This statement covers the customer-facing areas of the 3Sixty web platform, including the home and marketing pages, sign-in and sign-up, property discovery and search, property detail, booking and checkout, the customer dashboard and stays, profile and payment settings, and the customer bidding flow.
Measures we take
Accessibility is part of our internal design and development standards. We run automated accessibility testing (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 AA ruleset) against our client-facing flows on desktop and mobile viewports, and we carry out manual reviews covering keyboard operability, screen-reader output, colour contrast, and the criteria introduced in WCAG 2.2 (including target size, focus visibility, and accessible authentication).
Third-party content
Some content on the platform is provided by third parties and falls outside our direct control — including payment forms, interactive maps, and live chat. The accessibility of that embedded content is governed by those providers. We choose our providers with accessibility in mind and will update this statement as their support changes.
